Wehn you loose your only key to your Honda, those keys can be pricey. When you call a locksmith to drive to you and make you a replacement key for this car, the prices can go in 200's range.
Whenever you loose your only key or just want an extra key to be cut and program to your car, there is affordable alternative.
Next to the driver seat, you have the trunk latch. next to the latch there's a lock that no one uses. but if you take a small flathead screwdriver and remove the plastic cover, and remove the only screw, you'll be able to take out this lock. on the housing there is a code.
The code is the last 4 digit in the numbers on the lock. that should be those letters and this numbers. K001-N718.
