Introducing the CAB Recon!
The Recon is the most powerful production ebike on the planet, it is a wheelie machine! When we say wheelie machine, we mean throttle wheelie...you do not have to pull up, as a matter of fact you may want to lean forward!
It will climb any grade hill that you are able to climb with ease and it will beat almost any car off the line. It has a range of up to 120 miles per charge if ridden efficiently which would cap your speed to 20 mph on flat ground, and if ridden in anger simulating a moto and want to get the full 20+kw of power then you can expect up to 60 miles per charge. With the upgraded battery you can reach
200 miles per charge!!!!
The Recon provides up to 4 kw in regenerative braking, which makes the rear brake pads obsolete and can add up to 15% power back into the battery.
The Reconis built with motorcycle wheels, DOT enduro tires with heavy duty tubes, and has 8" of travel in the front and 9.5" in the rear for the ultimate in on and off road capability. The motor is wound for torque of which is comparable to a 200cc 2 stroke, but the Recon comes in at almost half the weight at around 140 lbs. The 2019 Recon comes standard with a custom high powered Sin wave controller for the ultimate in silence, efficiency, and smooth throttle application. It is a dirtbike throttle that uses dirtbike grips, not the crap plastic ebike throttle, this makes a huge difference when you are performance riding. The charger is 10 amps and can charge the Recon from dead in about 3 hours.
