    - All products are available for purchase when listed on eBay. We sell from the inventory in our retail store.  We are not a "drop-shipper" in that we will drop-ship from a manufacture in only very few rare occasions.  When an eBay listed item sells on our website or in our retail store, our computer systems automatically remove the item from eBay within 5 to 10 minutes.  However, computers sometimes hiccup, and, occasionally an item sells on eBay that is no longer available. If/when this happens, we will first try to drop-ship the item from the manufacture. If it is no longer available, we will contact you via eBay messaging to let you know and ask if you'd like an alternate item or a refund. We appreciate your understanding. Please feel free to message us to verify availability.

    " when comparing like items (such as boots or jeans or shirts) from different manufactures. Many different factors determine how garments and footwear fit. Some shirts are a box cut while some are tapered and even others are slim fit. All slim fit jeans
    (yes, even from the same manufacture)
    may not fit the same. Every boot brand fits slightly differently. Even boots from the same manufacture that have a different heel & toe, or manufactured in different countries may fit differently.  If you want measurements of a particular item, please message us!
    In order to reduce our shipping costs, some items may ship in a poly bag and without the original box.  These items would include shoes, kids boots, belts, sandals, etc.and other small items.  Adult size boots will always ship in a box.  However, sometimes, it may not be in the original manufacture's box, as they are sometimes damaged in transit to us, or for a variety of reasons cannot be used for outbound shipping.
    Payments.

    - Please ensure your ship-to address is correct prior to submitting your order.  We process orders very quickly and our systems are linked electronically such that we do not retype any names or addresses to produce a shipping label.  As such, we ship orders to the address that comes across with your order.  If you need to ship to a different address, first message us via the eBay message system and receive confirmation from us prior to placing your order.
    Manage the Delivery of Your Purchases.
    - Nearly all shipping companies (i.e. USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.) provide a mechanism whereby online shoppers can manage the delivery of online purchases. While not all shipping companies provide the same capabilities, some of the services they provide include but are not limited to.. email notification of delivery and delivery delays; customize delivery times, remotely signing for deliveries, request delivery at another address, and vacation holds.
    Online shoppers must first register with each shipping company to manage the online purchases that are shipped with that company. Some shipping companies also provide a smartphone app making using their service very convenient.

    Shipping Carriers.
    - We are delighted to provide FREE SHIPPING on many of the items. Because shipping costs vary greatly by carrier to different parts of the country, please know that we may ship via (a) FedEx, (b) UPS and (c) USPS
    (at our discretion)
    any item that is sold with FREE SHIPPING. Because of the likelihood of fraud, we will not use your carrier account number.
    Depending upon the specific item, UPS or USPS may be our default, go-to carrier for that item.  As a result, we do not ship to a PO BOX any item for which UPS as our primary carrier.  If you must use a PO BOX, first send us a message via the eBay message system and receive confirmation from us prior to placing your order.  Then, you must also choose the USPS Priority Mail option because UPS Ground does not ship to PO BOXes.  Orders that do not adhere to both steps will be shipped via UPS Ground to the non-PO BOX address that comes across with the order.
    We Ship Fast!
    - Orders (with cleared payment) received Monday - Friday before Noon CST are shipped the same day; otherwise they ship the following business day. Items shipped from the manufacture may require an extra 1 to 2 days for added processing.
    Combined Shipping.
    - Shipping has become increasingly complex as the shipping companies are constantly changing the rules and tightening their requirements. Combined shipping works best when several (6 or more) small, lightweight items (like socks, jewelry, or a t-shirt) are purchased along with a larger item, such as a pair of boots.  In this case, not always, but many times, we can put the small item into the same box used to ship the larger item.  Where possible, we will refund a portion of the shipping costs paid on a single order of multiple items. Simply add all items in the cart prior to check-out. Once we receive the order, if we see an over-abundance of shipping costs were charged, we will refund a portion of the shipping charges paid. In reality, this rarely occurs.
    Prevent Theft of Delivered Orders.
    - To prevent the theft of your order once it's delivered, online buyers are strongly encouraged to provide a secure location where packages may be delivered. Online buyers should know that neither the seller (us), eBay, nor the shipping company can do anything about packages that are delivered but stolen off the buyer's property or mailbox. It's not uncommon for thieves to shadow delivery drivers so they can retrieve the delivered package. If the shipping carrier says it has been delivered, it's considered delivered, and there is no insurance or recourse for packages that are stolen from the buyer's address. This does not happen often, but it does happen. Please provide a secure location for the delivery of your online orders.
    Local Pick-up.
    - Local pickup is not available for items purchased on eBay. However, we are an 8000 sq ft, full-service western wear store located about 40 miles north of Houston, Texas, in the Magnolia / Tomball / The Woodlands area. All items listed on eBay are available for sale in the store. Prices listed on eBay and in the retail store may differ.
    International Shipping
    We utilize the eBay Global Shipping Program (GSP) for all international orders. If you are outside the USA and would like to purchase from us, simply register with the GSP. This program will give you all the information you need regarding shipping costs and import duties.
    We ship all international orders to the processing center, and it routinely takes 2 to 3 days for the processing center to reship the item to you with the proper customs forms. Please carefully check the tracking for your item as it will show both shipping transactions so you will always know the status of your order.

    - Please know that Ariat does not allow us to sell and ship Ariat footwear and apparel to customers outside the USA. That said, we

    How will I know when my item shipped?
    - Our system updates eBay with tracking information immediately after create a shipping label. Depending upon your settings on eBay, you may receive an email from eBay with the tracking information. Regardless, you can always find the tracking info in your eBay purchase history. Please know it may take between 4 and 24 hours for the tracking numbers to become active on the shipping carrier's web site.
    When will my order ship?
    - We ship Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed before noon CST will ship the same day. Orders placed after noon CST will ship the following business day. Orders placed on the weekend or holidays will ship the next business day.
    When can I expect my order to arrive?
    - It depends on the shipping method you chose at checkout. For the continental 48 states, First Class is typically a 3 to 7 day service; Priority Mail is typically a 1 to 3 day service; Parcel Select is typically a 3 to 10 day service; and both FedEx Ground/Home Delivery and UPS Ground are typically 1 to 5 day services.
    Will you guarantee when my order will arrive?
    - We cannot guarantee a specific delivery date as we can only ship according to the ship method you choose at checkout. Once we generate a shipping label and pass the package to the shipping company, it is in their hands. Shipping methods are classified as either
    "Best Effort"
    or methods with a
    "Delivery Commitment"
    If you need an item by a particular date, you must choose a ship method that includes a

    - Ship methods such as Next Day or Second Day service from UPS and FedEx typically include a delivery commitment to deliver the package by the end of the first or second day, respectively, after the day it is shipped. Keep in mind that orders placed Monday-Friday before Noon CST will ship the same day; otherwise, the order ships the next business day.
    What is a
    "Best Effort"
    ship method?
    - Ship methods such as First Class, Priority Mail, FedEx Ground/Home Delivery, and UPS Ground are considered
    "Best Effort"
    because the shipping company typically makes their best effort to get the package to you as quickly as possible, but they make no guarantee to delivery by any particular date.
    Please know, unfortunately, this includes all forms of USPS Priority Mail. Although the Postal Service refers to Priority Mail as a 1 to 3 day service, there is no guarantee. And, it's worth mentioning that USPS Express Mail is a 1 to 2 day service. and while USPS Express Mail is 1 day service to many major cities, it is NOT a guaranteed delivery service.
    Our experience has shown that USPS is very, very good and much more economical than UPS and FedEx for small, lightweight items and when a delivery commitment is not required.
    It is always the buyer's choice and responsibility to select the ship method that meets their needs.
    Tracking says my order was delivered, but I cannot find it.
    - First off, look everywhere around your property for the package. Delivery drivers typically do a very good job placing the package in a location where it cannot be seen from the passersby in the street. So you may have to look in various spots around your address to find the package.
    To prevent the theft of your order once it's delivered, online buyers are strongly encouraged to provide a secure location where packages may be delivered.     Securely package the item to be returned to us in a suitable shipping container.
    (Hopefully, you retained the box we used!)
    Please do not affix any tape, stickers or shipping labels to a manufacture's box. Please place all manufacture's boxes into another box or a poly bag.

    Once you have the package ready to go, affix the shipping label.

    When we receive the item, we will process your refund as quickly as possible - typically the same day but not more than 3 business days.
    For items sold with buyer paid shipping, we will refund the cost of the item.  We do not refund buyer paid shipping.
    For items sold with FREE SHIPPING, we reclaim our shipping cost by deducting an amount from your refund according to the

    below.  We do this only to reclaim our shipping cost.
    Returns for an Exchange

    DO NOT
    open a return on eBay.
    Instead, please simply message us on eBay that you want a different size.  Let us know the size you want.
    If the desired size is available, then provide an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
    Include a copy of the packing slip with your RMA written on it in the package.
    Package and ship the item to us per the instructions on this page.
    When we receive the item, we will invoice you via email for the reship fee noted below, and once paid, we will ship out the replacement item.

    Other Charges
    Please do NOT affix any stickers, shipping labels, tape, or anything else to the manufacture's box. or otherwise deface or damage the box in any way, or we may deduct 20 to 50% of the value of the returned item..
    To avoid this charge, please place returns in another box, wrap in brown kraft paper, or use poly shipping bags.
    Items that are returned to us due to an issue with the buyer's address are assessed a 25% service charge and a reship fee noted above.
