Description
These are just stunning 1920s gold brocade lame shoes. They are made by I. Miller & Sons, a renowned shoe designer for starlets, socialites, and stage performers. The shoes have a most striking art deco design with cutout details at the ball of the foot and a strap that crisscrosses over the ankle with a leather and canvas interior. If you would like to find out more about I.Miller, American Duchess has a nice article about them. I have included the link below.Condition:
The shoes are in great condition overall with only small little flaws. The lame on these shoes is in great condition with only the littlest of tarnishing to the upper back of the shoes. The heels and toes are still very bright and shiny. Another flaw is that the edging between the lame and the leather on the back top of the heel has deteriorated a bit, but also does not affect the appearance or the wearability of the shoes. The last thing is that two of the four buttons were missing from the shoes when I got them. I was not able to find matching buttons. I did however replace them with black shoe buttons that I had. These shoes are still strong and wearable for events or photoshoots and would be the talk of the town.
Sizing:
These shoes are small, they have handwritten markings on the inside of the heels that label them as a US size 4 B. I am not sure if this is accurate so please go by the measurements and ask questions if you have any, I am happy to help.
Measurements:
Length: 9"
Width: 2 3/4"

Please check the measurements closely for determining fit. I do not give sizes for vintage items as women sizes are not standardized and a majority of these dresses were homemade or specialty made to fit one person. If you have any questions about the fit feel free to ask, I am happy to help. (I do not take returns)
All items are lovingly packed for safe travels and the experience of buying a (mostly) one of a kind piece.
