    Description

LUNA Cycle 1000/1500w 52v BBSHD conversion
Custom Frame up Build Full Suspension 30 Speed Ebike Giant XTC NRS Air Donor Frame
Please read description. Serious inquiries after reading post only please. This bike and conversion service is also listed locally on a national popular selling site.
I have no need or require this bike to be sold, so unless you really want to buy it, price is as listed. The price is not negotiable.
It’s what I need to get to also cover eBay and PayPal fees if this is sold on eBay. I can build you a bike like this, it may cost similar, more or less depending on what the parts you want cost and whether they are all new or used and what you supply, etc... (so local to Northern VA preferred)
This is my bike and I will only entertain true genuine inquiries. I am not looking for advise on what I should sell it for or what someone would pay or care about what trollers have to say because they have nothing better to do with themselves. All I know is what I will sell it for if someone actually will pay me for my time, effort, and what it cost me to build. Thanks
    Specs subject to change.
New Parts where indicated. Built on a used donor frame.
Custom Built Giant XTC NRS Air - donor aluminum frame/swing arm with ball bearing pivots.
18.5” Medium, center of BB to top of seat collar, 32” standover at the middle of the top tube.
New SR Epixon Solo Air Fork 120mm with lockout and rebound (now installed, so far uncut steerer as I explore other stem and handlebar options, not as shown with GT MAG32 fork- was sold)
Rock Shox SID Dual Air rear shock with rebound
New Deore XT M780 drivetrain group 10 Speed 11-36T M771 Deore XT cassette and chain. (Currently exploring extended range 42t large cog retrofit)
New Custom built Wheelset with Sturmey Archer CS-RK3 internal 3 speed hub with 10 speed freehub. It’s actuated by a Shimano Deore XT 3 speed trigger shifter. Just need to take it a little easier on low range in this hub. The middle gear is the strongest because the gear engages the axle directly. Front wheel is Shimano M525 hub with Sun Rhyno Lite rims and stainless spokes.
    New Maxis Hookworm tires 26x2.5"
New Tektro HD-725E 4 piston disc brakes with 180mm rotors and integrated motor cutoff switches. Shift sensors installed on both shift cables.
New Brand-X Ascend 125mm remote dropper post with PNW Puget 2X lever.
New Truvativ Stylo T10 handlebar and new, not as pictured, Ritchey Comp 4 Axis 30 deg 120mm Stem (for better cable clearance of the display) plus an aluminum headset compression cap (no star nut).
Luna Cycle BBSHD 1000w/1500w peak 30amp 52 volt motor with New Luna Eclipse CNC 42T narrow wide chainring (Gunmetal and not black as pictured), Panasonic PF 11.4ahr battery pack with Luna 2 amp charger, New full color 860c dashboard display , thumb throttle and no speed limit restrictions. (250 miles on motor and battery only).
How fast can it go? How fast can you pedal? I've gotten to 35mph, full pedal and throttle.
There are 5 levels of pedal assist (set to) and full throttle that is not restricted in any way. There is also a walk feature.
Builds that don’t use an aftermarket narrow wide chainring may experience chain derailment with the heavy OE 46T steel chainring. The Eclipse ring has a high offset to help with the chain line issue in lower gears inherent in these setups. But with 3 speeds available in the internal geared hub in addition to the 10 gears in the cassette, it allows the use of cogs in the middle range of the cassette and still be low enough to get started from a stop.
Being that full suspension bikes usually weigh more to begin with, this bike with the heavier rear hub and other parts, weighs in around 54 lbs., about 10 lbs. more than typical hardtails I’ve built.

Do your research on the cost of all the parts, other little things and custom touches that are required to build these machines properly.
If here is serious interest, the price is as listed and not negotiable. I custom build these bikes and one can be done for you. Serious inquiries only.
Shipping Ebikes is complicated and expensive. Local pickup is the preference. But by all means make contact if you actually want to follow through or want to have similar built to your specs.
Payment by cash, PayPal.me, Venmo, or Cash App, or cash accepted at time of pickup, or some other prearranged payment format. Any digital payments made that do not charge me a fee will save 2% of total purchase price.
