    Description

    This is a listing for a security switch for a Miele coffee maker model 615 or 610.
    It is the switch that shuts down the machine if there is water in the space between the floor of the machine and bottom metal pan of the machine.
    The switch itself is screwed to the top of the floor of the machine (screw included).
    The switch is "triggered" by a styrofoam magnetic float (included) that is in a plastic enclosure under the floor.
    If water leaks into the space, the float rises and opens the normally closed security switch.
    The switch is used, but has been tested with the styrofoam float magnet and functions normally.
