Description
These dwarf signals bring new levels of realism in a minuscule package! Based on the traditional Pennsylvania Railroad design, these signals measure a scale 19" tall. These fully-functional signals feature built-in LEDs with long pigtails, meaning you can very quickly add new lighting details to your model railroad or diorama. These signals also feature a thin latex mask over each lens, meaning the signals are ready for paint right out of the package. Simply paint and weather the signal to match the desired style, then carefully remove the masking with a pair of fine tweezers. No longer do you need to worry about over-spray onto the lighted lenses. Available in both right and left variants and in both common cathode and common anode variants, we have just what you need to improve your railroad scene.Key Details At-A-Glance

Installation Instructions
We recommend painting these signals before installation, as they are quite small! Our signals come with a pre-applied latex masking over each lens. This means that you can use any paint method you like, then once the paint is applied, simply pop off the latex masks with a toothpick or a pair of fine tweezers. This reveals the pristine lenses beneath, untouched by paint over-spray.
Our signals require current-limiting resistors to work properly, which are included. If the signal is connected to power without a resistor in place, this will instantly damage the signal. To safely power the signal, connect one end of each resistor to one of the colored wires, then connect the other end of each to power or the controller. Then connect the black wire to common. The resistors included with the light are designed to work with power supplies up to 12 volts.
Note that each dwarf signal has 4 individual LED outputs as well as the common. To achieve the different signal aspects, multiple LEDs need to be connected at a time. Signal operation is not necessarily plug-and-play; you need to have an understanding of the controller in use as well as the accurate signal aspects.
