The

ank
:
They are cut and formed out of pure 304 heavy duty stainless steel. Handles are formed right into the ends. All edges of these tanks are hemmed, so there are no exposed sharp edges. Feel free to handle these tanks with your bare hands!
The tanks are TIG welded using supreme skill and elaborate tooling. The outside of the welds are treated and polished to reveal the beauty of the stainless steel and show the excellence of the weld. We maintain complete passivation inside the weld during manufacturing. Please look at the last picture taken of the inside of the weld, you will see that it remains brilliant and shiny. If you see a weld in stainless steel that is black or rust colored inside this means that proper provisions were not taken and rust and breakdown will start immediately when your liquid is applied.

Finally a bench-top, high efficiency gas fired heating system dedicated solely to the purpose of heating your parkerizing tanks.  Big Jim's Guns is the first to bring you a sealed combustion propane fueled burner that has the ability to connect to a vent or a chimney.
The singe air-cooled turbo jet burner, when on high fire, is able to bring your solution up to temperature in less than 10 minutes, and the included regulator allows you to throttle the heat back to the perfect setting to maintain your temperature all day long.
Though chimney venting is not required with this unit, it is recommended when using the heater in a confined space for extended periods of time.
Fully insulated with ceramic fiber insulation, the heat is directed into your parkerizing tank, not allowed to spill into the room and make you uncomfortable.
Now, the same supremacy that we've established in parkerizing tanks is available in the burners to heat them.
This kit includes everything you need to parkerize, minus the solution.  40"x6"x6" Tank, lid, thermometer,  Burner, regulator, chimney elbow and pipe, and insulated furnace body.
