    Rare vintage 1980s 9 West (Nine West) pull on boots, stacked leather slouchy shaft, adjustable buckle near top of shaft, almond toe with slightly squared tip, solid leather construction, size 8B - keep in mind these are from the 80s, so sizing is a little different, these can definitely be stretched using a shoe tree, I wear an 8.5 and can put them on but they are very tight, so in my opinion they would fit a 7.5 to an 8
