SITMAR CRUISES FAIRSEA REPLICA PAPERWEIGHT

Description

Solid metal replica of a Sitmar cruise ship from the 1970's. This is probably the Fairsea or the Fairwind . This miniature is cast in a bronze finished solid metal with excellent detail on the ship, from the mast to the lifeboats to the big "V" on the funnel which stands for "Vlasov", the founder of the Sitmar line. The model ship measures 4.5" long by .5" wide and stands 1" to the top of the main mast.
This beautiful piece came in a 10,000 piece consignment of antique marine items that I just picked up.
I am a coin dealer,and know nothing about Marine items, but I am learning every day.
