This SPK 500 was totally refurbished. It has over ,000 in Southern Pride new parts. Bearings, Carousel Motor, Convection Motors, Burner System, 12” x 42”Cooking Racks 15 total. High Limit Sensor, Door interlock Switch, 2 chrome Door Handles, Cook and Hold Digital Controls, Foot Feed, Cooking Door Gaskets, Fire Box Door Gasket. The Smoker was covered with new Stainless Steel and new Stainless Motor and Burner covers. Smoker is mounted on new 12’ tandem utility trailer with brakes and aluminum custom wheels. There’s a new aluminum Storage Box on trailer tongue. On top of Smoker there’s a Chrome Smoke Stack.
Below the cooking doors there’s a new 14”x60” Stainless Shelf for easy loading and unloading Smoker. On front of trailer there’s a aluminum storage box for wood and 2 new 30 lb propane tanks and new 2 stage regulator with stainless pigtails with gages piped to Smoker. On front of trailer there’s a stainless 24” x 60” table. Smoker has custom graphics. This Smoker is new other than frame of Smoker.
