  • Condition: Very good vintage condition. A small bit of scuff on the heel right where the inner sole meets the heel. Slight bit of scuff on the inner sole liners at the peep toe window. Can be colored in with brown marker. Inner sole liners are clean. No breaks in the alligator skins or cracking or peeling. No fading or stains or rot. Skins are soft and supple.     Description

    This is a beautiful pair of vintage, 1940s, retro, alligator shoes that are peep toe platforms with sling backs.
    The skins are soft and supple.  There are no breaks or cracks.  Slight bit of very light scuff on the seam at the inner sole connecting to the heel on one shoe which will not be seen when they are worn. So slight.  Slight scuffs on both inner sole ends at the peep toe windows.  These can be colored in with brown marker.  Heels have lots of wear left in them.  Only slightly worn.  Soles are in good shape too.  Buckles work properly.
    The shoes measured along the insole are 10" toe tip to heel end.  The ball of the foot measured across the outer sole is 3 1/4" across at the widest part.  The heels are 4 1/4" tall.
