This is an adorable pair of vintage 1940's - 50's slingback pumps. Marked a vintage size 6 1/2 AA. Check measurements. Rhythm Step brand. Black suede leather, with smooth leather piping trim. Round toe with piping detail. Cylindrical-shaped suede decoration at instep, with leather piping trim. Slingback with buckle. Leather covered heel. Leather soles. In very good vintage condition. They are from my daughter's private collection, well cared-for, and wearable. Very clean and nice. There is a 1/2" square of leather covering missing on the leather-covered heel. A small glue spot on the left shoe strap near buckle. Some wear to soles. Not really noticeable - see photos. From a smoke-free home. Vintage 40s 50s Black Suede Slingback Heels 6.5 AA Leather Piping Instep Trim
Description
This is an adorable pair of vintage 1940's - 1950's slingback pumps in black suede.
Marked a size 6 1/2 AA.  I believe these are somewhat comparable to modern sizes, because my daughter wore them.  She wears a 6.5N. They are from her private vintage shoe collection.
Please check the measurements given to best predict fit.
Rhythm Step brand.
Black suede leather, with smooth leather piping trim.
Round toe with piping detail.
Unusual trim detail at instep - a cylindrical-shaped suede decoration, with leather piping trim.
Slingback with buckle.
Faille fabric lining.
Leather insole lining.
Block-shaped, leather covered heel.
Leather soles.
In very good vintage condition.  They are from my daughter's private collection, well cared-for, and wearable. Very clean and nice.  There is a 1/2" square of leather covering missing on the leather-covered heel. A small glue spot on the left shoe strap near buckle.
Not really noticeable - see photos.  The soles show the most wear, but still have a lot of life left.
