Vintage Black Suede Wedge SHOES, Retro Style w/ Flower From France, Sz 39 or 8.5

Here is a pair of Vintage Black Suede Wedge SHOES, Retro Style with Flower Applique, From France.
I bought them in Paris, France, at the beginning of the 90's in a small boutique close to my home.
The material is not written, but it is not difficult to see that it is some real suede, the inside seems to be in leather, but I cannot guarantee it as nothing is written, I can however guarantee that the suede is real because the saleswoman, then, told me so and it is pretty obvious.
Look at the nice flower applique on each side. They have a very Retro 30's style, because of the flower, and also because of their shape.
The written European size is 39, which was my size, then. Now, here, I am wearing 9 or 9.5, but these shoes became too small for me. This is why I can confirm that their size is very probably a 8.5. But please, check also the measurements below, to be sure.

I find a little more than 9 1/2" inside the shoes, but it is difficult to measure precisely.
Width of the out sole, underneath, at the widest part: 3 3/8"
The heels are 3 1/8" tall at the highest part.
Condition
: They have been preowned but never worn only tried, you can see that the out sole is almost like new. I see a few scuffs here and there, due to age and a tiny spot on the heel where the suede seems to be missing, but we don't see it much because all is black. Overall, excellent vintage, preowned and unused condition. Please, check the photos as well.
