The manufacturer warranties this product to be free of manufacturing defects for a period of 90 days from date of purchase. This Limited Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, tires, tubes, cables or any damage, failure or loss caused by improper assembly, maintenance, or storage or use of these products.
This Limited Warranty will be void if the product is ever:
Used in a manner other than for recreation or transportation
Modified in any way
Rented
The manufacturer is not liable for incidental or consequential loss or damage due directly or indirectly to the use of this product.
All Warranty request will be evaluated by Burromax and final determination will be made at our discretion.

Items can only be returned for a refund, if and only if, the item is new, unused and still in original box. If the bike has been assembled please contact us for return instructions.
Burromax will process returns and refunds only for items that were purchased directly from Burromax within the last 30 days. Once your return is received. A credit for the full purchase price (plus tax excluding outbound shipping cost) will be issued to the credit card used to purchase the item(s) you are returning. You are responsible for the cost of returning the item(s) to Burromax.com unless the return is a result of our error.
For an item that is sold "AS IS - NO RETURNS", the product cannot be returned for a refund. Please be sure to read the product condition and review the photos carefully before buying. This will be indicated in the item's description.
